Jack wins a hot air balloon, but becomes a loser when he and Roger try it out, and are forced to emergency land miles from home. Cheetah helps Tarzan and Jane as they come to the rescue. Cheetah finds humor in stealing the valve line, so the two must go after the mischievous chimp, while trying to find the landing site. Mysterious crocodiles soon encroach on their rescue mission.
