The Cisco Kid tangles with a band of desperate gold shipment robbers who have marked Pancho for murder. Pancho and the Fargo Express agent's daughter are eyewitnesses to a daring daylight robbery of a Fargo gold shipment. The girl recognizes the leader of the gang as her uncle but she is afraid to identify him to the law for she fears her father's safety. Pancho also a witness to the robbery, is marked for killing by the thieves. The bandits plan an ambush while Cisco is out of town, but the Kid is warned of Pancho's danger by the agent's daughter. As the Cisco Kid thunders to town to save his amigo, Pancho unaware of his danger strolls down a darkened street right into the killers' trap!
