Cisco and Pancho visit their old friend, the Widow Perry and find that her hired hand, Dan has been spending time with a pair of young bandits. Cisco stays at the Widow's a few days to keep an eye on the boys. The youngsters realize what Cisco's doing and resent it. To Show Cisco up, the three youths rob the widow for her savings, but they bungle the robbery and leave a trail of clues that Cisco follows to their hideout cabin. Finding the door of the cabin locked and strongly barred. Cisco begins to open the window and plays right into the hands of the bandits who have an ingenious booby trap rigged to send bullet into Cisco's head when he opens the window.
