Dr. Austin reads Bella the letter which demands that she return to the Orphanage as soon as possible. Bella is upset and can't understand why no-one will listen to what she wants to do. No-one believes Frank's article about the shit-wrecked Astoria. When even his parents don't support him about printing what the locals think is fiction, Frank is determined to find some evidence to prove everyone that the story is true.
