Bella and Caroline return from six weeks holiday in preparation for Caroline's wedding to Doctor Austin. Bella expects that everything is now going to be perfect, but she realises as soon as she is back that things have changed. She is being treated differently by Ted and Connie and Caroline and the Doctor expect her now to be treated like the young lady of the house.
