Jane Ryder and her brother, Perry, counterfeiters extraordinary, force banker William Hale of the Dorado Bank to pass through his bank the spurious notes they manufacture in a secret room below the bank. Cisco and Pancho are called in by Federal Agent Wade when a Treasury Agent, Henderson, who has run afoul of Perry and Jane, turns up missing. Cisco and Pancho travel to Dorado where Cisco, using a gambling house owner as bait, gets the lowdown on Perry. After Perry has been thrown in jail, Cisco has him escape in the company of Pancho, and they capture Perry and Jane and release Henderson.
