Bob Drake, escaped convict, steals Pancho's clothes and horse while Pancho is swimming. Cisco and Pancho trail Bob to the home of Bob's sister, Ruth, who gets the drop on them and enables Bob to get away. Bob has escaped for the purpose of proving that it was miner Cantwell who had done the killing and set him up to take the rap. He goes to Cantwell's mine and charges him with the killing. But if it weren't for the sudden appearance of Cisco and Pancho, Bob would have been killed by Cantwell's henchmen. With Cisco using himself as the bait, Bob and Pancho trap Cantwell and his men red-handed.
