Berry Owens, a respectable rancher but actually the head of a rustling gang, learns that Joe Dawson, foreman of the Flying Arrow Ranch owned by Mary Austin, has sent for Cisco and Pancho to get to the bottom of the rustling. Owens has Dawson slain leaving evidence behind that Cisco and Pancho had committed the murder. Cisco and Pancho convince the sheriff that the incriminating note purportedly left by the dying Dawson, could not have been written by him. They set a trap and smoke out Owens and his gang.
