Cisco and Pancho believe that Craig Reynolds, a gambling house owner, is behind a rustling ring, and makes Reynolds think they are wanted for the slaying of the sheriff. The presence of reynolds girl friend, Judy, complicates matters for Cisco and Pancho. When Reynolds becomes suspicious and has them locked up, Cisco and Pancho believe Judy is responsible. Judy, however, reveals herself as an agent of the Cattlemen's Association, who are also trying to solve the rustling, and helps Cisco and Pancho place Reynolds and his cohorts in jail.
