Bob Drake, stageline driver sent to prison for allegedly robbing a strong-box, is captured by a couple of heavies after being released from prison. The heavies are about to kill him when Cisco and Pancho intercede. Bob tells Cisco and Pancho that he was innocent of the robbery, Cisco and Pancho get busy and learn that Cantwell, owner of the stageline, is working hand-in-hand with a freighter, Barker. Their objective was to frame Bob and deprive him of an inheritance. In order to frame him they are looting the strong-boxes prior to shipment. Cisco sends a phony shipment through, which Cantwell and Barker fall for, resulting in both being sent to prison.
