While Cisco and Pancho are riding to town to identify Tracey, a bank robber and killer who had been picked up on suspicion, they are ambushed but manage to escape. Back in town, Parker, a crooked lawyer working with Tracey, is told that he had better do something about getting him loose. A youth, Terry, who needs money badly for his mother's operation, agrees for a consideration to confess he had committed the murder Tracey is being held for. Cisco and Pancho arrive in town to find Tracey released from jail while Terry is now in jail. But Parker instigates a lynching bee, and Cisco and Pancho, with the aid of the sheriff, get Terry out before he can be strung up. Cisco sets out to prove Tracey is the real murderer, and Parker and Tracey and his gang are brought to justice.
