When Cisco and Pancho mail a letter in the town of Baxter Center, they are suspected of being members of an outlaw gang operating in mail robberies and responsible for the murder of Harris, Postal Inspector sent to investigate the robberies. In clearing themselves, Cisco and Pancho uncover the fact that Willoughby, owner of the general store, is the mastermind behind the mail robbery gang.
