Forrester and his men try to prevent Wharton from getting word out to Washington that he had discovered a vast deposit of tungsten, a mineral vital in the manufacture of steel for armaments. Pancho wounds Wharton by mistake, after which he and Cisco accompany Diane to take word of the discovery to the authorities, which is contained in a message coded in a musical score. Cisco and Pancho, with the help of Diane, not only succeed in delivering the message, but bring Forrester and his henchies to book as well.
