When Tizzo, the dancing bear, wanders off from a gypsy camp, he almost scares the pants off Pancho, who has stopped for a bite to eat with Cisco. After Cisco and Pancho are invited to the gypsy camp, Cisco gets into an altercation, then stolen money is planted in Cisco's saddle-bags. The sheriff, coming to the camp on the heels of a wrestling match between the bear and Pancho, attempts to arrest Cisco and Pancho, but they escape and get busy helping the gypsy's settle their affairs.
