Wallace, a public prosecutor who is leading a double life, is stealing shipments of quicksilver belonging to Moore. He kills Moore using chemicals and frames Larry and Jennifer for the murder. Cisco and Pancho, friends of Moore, Larry and Jennifer, at first believe banker Stone to be guilty, especially after they are almost blown up in a laboratory explosion, but Cisco finally pins down the real culprit.
