Papa Charlie, a shady Chinese criminal type, wants to return to Formosa (now Taiwan), the land of his birth from Hong Kong. But he can't emigrate until he settles a large tax bill with U.S. authorities. He has three daughters married to criminals eager to get their hands on his money. Kelly Robinson and Alexander Scott are assigned to help Charlie pay off his debts and avoid being killed by his deadly sons-in-law. But Charlie is also playing his own angle.
